Playing Catch-Up!

Good afternoon, everyone! It has been a while since the last Chamber blog post, and now that we have some downtime we are playing catch-up in the office! There has been a lot going on over the past few weeks - Casino Night, Staff Appreciation Celebration, WXII Celebrates Rockingham County... just to name a few.
Even though the Chamber staff considers this time of the year to be our "down time", there are still plenty of events going on in our community, in addition to Chamber events!
The City of Reidsville sponsors many fun, family friendly events (most of them free) during this time of the year. For a full calendar of City events, click here.
This week there are numerous Chamber and Chamber-member events, including:

• Tuesday, April 28 at 11:30AM: Ribbon Cutting at State Farm-Steven Dennis
• Thursday, April 30 at 5:30PM: Chamber Afterhours at The Blue Room
• Friday, May 1 at 6:00PM: Girls Night Out - Downtown
• Saturday, May 2 at 6:00AM: Belk Charity Sale
• Saturday, May 2 at 7:00AM: Farmer's Market Season Opening
• Saturday, May 2 at 9:00AM: Color Me Cured 5K Walk & Run
• Saturday, May 2 at 10:00AM: Reidsville Mini Storage Auction
• Saturday, May 2 at 5:00PM: Black Tie & Blue Jeans

We look forward to seeing everyone at these events, and want to leave you with some #motivationalmonday quotes!
