Chamber Chatter: 2015 Staff Appreciation Celebration

Happy Thursday! We hope everyone is taking it easy and enjoying this beautiful day!

Last week, the Chamber hosted its annual Staff Appreciation Celebration. However, this year we chose to switch our event up - instead of the usual sit-down luncheon, we opted for a more casual and fun event for employers to send their employees to, to show how much they truly appreciate them!
As part of Staff Appreciation, we debuted our new Chamber Champions & Chamber Champions sign! This is a great program, and we are so happy to have all of our Chamber Champions!

This was our first time ever hosting an event like this, and it was pretty much like having a mini version of our annual Business Showcase. We can not thank our vendors, volunteers, and attendees enough for participating in our celebration! It would not have been possible without you all!

Our decorations and set-up were provided by Daystar Church, Carolina Balloons, and the Chamber ladies' + Pinterest. John and Seth from Daystar are AWESOME and provided/set-up our divider curtains and some fun entertainment. Kris from Carolina Balloons created some great balloon decorations - if you ever needs balloons, he's the guy to call!

Staff Appreciation Celebration vendors provided numerous services, including a putting contest, massages, paraffin wax treatments, hair & nail treatments, cooking demonstrations and tastings, beer tastings, Dance Dance Revolution, health & wellness solutions, retail therapy, and more!
